If you are not satisfied you can return the remote control (en inglés)

You can return a remote control purchased if the following conditions are met:

 

The deadline to request a refund is less than 14 days after the date of receipt of the product.

The refund must be requested previously by email to the address info@all-remotes.us and the returned order must be accompanied by the RMA code that the company will provide to the client when you request a refund.

Once given the conformity of acceptance back to the client, he/she has 14 days to return the item to us, after this period the item will be rejected. Any return must be accompanied by the invoice, otherwise it will not be refunded and the item will be shipped back to the customer. Both the material and the original packaging must be in perfect condition.

The cost of returning the item will be charged to the customer.

The cost of returning the item will be paied by the customer.

Excluded from this type of return:

Those products not in stock at the time of purchase and therefore requested to the supplier for the customer.

Universal remote controls. Universal remote are those that are neither original nor equivalent or replacement. The buyer assumes the risk that the remote does not work for a specific device.
